The office is generally open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to noon and 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The hotline is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. If an Emergency Situation occurs outside of regular business hours, on weekends or during a holiday, you may still call the hotline for assistance. Your call will be forwarded to an answering service that will process the Emergency call. Non-emergency situations will not be processed by the answering service during off hours and will need to be called in to the hotline on the next business day.
