At Edgewood Village, we do our best to ensure a convenient and comfortable lifestyle. In order to meet these needs for each resident, Edgewood Village maintains a central maintenance request hotline. Please notify staff of all maintenance concerns as soon as possible.
All repair requests must be called into the repair hotline at (330) 376-9990.
Service representatives will take your information and your repair request and will process the work order with management. Non-emergency repair requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
In most cases, Edgewood Village staff will complete the repairs; however, some repairs will require using an outside repair service. Staff will advise if someone is required to be at home in order for the repair service to be completed.
If an emergency situation occurs outside of regular business hours, on weekends or during a holiday, you may still call the hotline at (330) 376-9990 for assistance. Your call will be forwarded to an answering service that will process the emergency call. Non-emergency situations will not be processed by the answering service during off hours and will need to be called in to the hotline on the next business day.
