Senior Building
Edgewood Village offers a building specifically for seniors and their household members. This special building is designed to allow you to "age in place" which means units can be adapted to meet changing mobility and sensory needs. The building offers both 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units plus impressive amenities and services.

Senior Eligibility
To be eligible for this building, the head of household must meet the senior age requirements. There is no age requirement for any other household member. You will need to review additional eligibility requirements (including income restrictions) with the on-site Property Manager. Please have the following documents available for review:
- Birth Certificates for all family members
- Social Security cards for all family members
- Family members over 18 must also provide photo identification, as well as complete the background release and landlord reference forms
- Accessible unit applicants will have additional eligibility requirements

Edgewood Village offers 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom leasing options in townhomes and 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom leasing options in single family homes.
